Mohd. Shahnawaz Zaheer

Capt. Mohd Shahnawaz Zaheer completed his schooling from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi, followed by his career education from School of Aviation, Jamia Milia Islamia University. He joined Indian Airlines as a pilot in 1989. He is presently working as deputy general manager of Air India. 
Capt. Shahnawaz is also a designated examiner and assesses flying skills of pilots. While on duty, he has to his credit the participation in Rahat Operation in Yemen to evacuate Indians and other nationals who were stuck there due to the war. We took many flights to and fro from the war-ridden area and he was awarded by the Government of India for the same.
